Each of the suppliers who enroll in the program must meet a standard and these suppliers will be given the opportunity to bid for your business. Not only does MusicOnHold.com provide qualified leads to these pre-screened suppliers, we incorporate buyer quality and feedback measurements so our buyers are ensured of doing business with a performance-demonstrated, quality supplier.

How do I know what I need?
You don’t. Our suppliers are experts in analyzing your needs and giving you options. They will fully educate you on a basic on hold messaging system, to more advanced messaging services and subscriptions. Once you complete your responses to our requirements questions this information is passed along to the supplier. From there they have a basis to create several options.

How do I navigate your web site?

Those suppliers who can best serve you and have the best feedback quality score will receive your name and requirements. They will get back to you within 48-72 hours with a proposal. You don’t have to do the work of searching for on hold messaging content and production suppliers, and get all the benefit of being able to compare proposals from up to 4 suppliers.

What should I expect?
Once you complete your on-line requirements questionnaire and click Finished, you will be immediately told how many suppliers best matched your criteria. Your requirements will have been sent immediately to those suppliers. You will also receive a confirmation email from us. Within 48-72 hours you can expect to hear from those suppliers your information was sent to. You should have complete proposals within 3 business days from your initial inquiry.

Then, we match those initial requirements against our supplier database. These suppliers have been pre-screened and have demonstrated they are able to provide on hold messaging quickly. You can expect the one we chose to be in contact within the same business day.

What should I expect?

How do you ensure quality in your offerings?
We survey our buyers to rate in 3 simple questions how well our suppliers did in meeting your needs. We take this feedback and integrate it into our supplier matching process. Suppliers that consistently get high quality and feedback scores get the opportunity to do more business with MusicOnHold.com buyers. Suppliers who rank low on quality and feedback get less and eventually are removed from the program.

Does MusicOnHold.com have any advertising opportunities through banners?
Of course we do. We have a Home Page 480x60 banner position, and a smaller 160x111 banner position along the left side of all pages including the Home Page. These are intended for complementary products and are not for messaging-on-hold solutions. As an example, appropriate products or services would include (but not necessarily limited to) voice prompts, advertising and commercial production, customer service and call center training, interconnects, long distance providers, ISP, VOIP solutions, trade journals and magazines, non-messaging equipment sales and service…you get the idea!
